Other than warranty returns, new-in-box items may be returned or
exchanged up to 30 days from date of invoice date, excluding electrical
(including light bulbs and housings) and electronic parts, which MAY NOT BE
RETURNED. Items that have been installed on a vehicle, or which for other
reasons cannot be resold as new, cannot be returned. All returns are
subject to a 25% restocking fee and must include a receipt and factory
packaging. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
If the part is defective or damaged in shipping, there will not be any
restocking fee charged.

We try to stock all the parts we sell, but
sometimes there are backorders from the manufactures. If sr20shop.com is unable
to fill the entire order, the balance of the shipment will be placed on back
order. If there will be a significant delay, a sr20shop.comm Sales Rep will
contact you. All back orders must be canceled by customer or will be
automatically shipped upon their availability. There is no cancellation fee on
back order cancellations.
In the rare case your purchase arrives damaged,
please call or email us within 24 hours. We will file a insurance claim with the
carrier, and ship a non-damaged item.
If you place an order and then cancel the order
before it ships there is a 5% cancellation fee implied to the refund. You can
keep the money for in-store credit and no cancellation fee will apply. This 5%
fee is charged by our credit card processor for any refund.
